Cancellation and Refund Policy:
 
Our cancellation and refund policy is based off of the platform, Stripe which we use and therefore the policy will reflect their cancellation and refund policy.
We accept returns of products bought on our website 14 days from the original purchase date. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition as received and must be unused and in its original packaging. Once an item is returned, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate refund in the original payment method form. Please allow time for the refund to process.
 
If an item received is damaged or defective, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Just please contact us at info@luxelivingclean.comto initiate the request.
 
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item was found to be defective or there was an error on our behalf.
